🏡 Rehabilitating the future of our villages

Anphis has had the opportunity to collaborate in the urban regeneration project promoted by the Consell Comarcal de l'Urgell, an initiative aimed at combating depopulation by recovering more than 1,500 unused homes.

At the presentation event held in early April, the importance of this initiative to revitalise rural environments and offer new housing opportunities was highlighted.

Our work has consisted of developing a digital platform based on GIS technology, which allows the technicians of the Oficina d'Habitatge and the town councils to:

📌 All the information collected - state of conservation, characteristics, images, location - is organised in this tool, accessible exclusively to the technical teams involved.
